Refer your friends, family, work colleagues, next door neighbours or even your postman, it doesn't really matter because every new guest you bring to Chill Factore will earn you £5 credit! Your friend will also get a fantastic 25% introductory discount, everyone's a winner!
How Refer A Friend works
1. Refer A Friend
You will need a Chill Factore account, if you have booked or signed up at Chill Factore before you will have an account with us. Log in to your account, you can do under 'Book a visit' on any page. Once you're logged in click View Account to access the refer a friend section, bottom right box in the accoutn section. Now enter your friends details, you can refer as many friends as you like but only one at a time and so long as they don't already have a Chill Factore account.
2. 25% Off
As long as your friends and family are new to Chill Factore they will all receive an email with a lovely introductory 25% off email!
3. £5 Credit
If your friend makes a booking within 30 days your account will be credited £5 (5 loyalty points) once they have completed their activity, we'll even send you an email notifying when you have credit available. Your credit can then be redeemed against any future booking you make at Chill Factore, but remember to use it wisely!
