If you’re looking to capture your pupils’ imagination then where better than Manchester’s indoor real snow centre?
Our schools packages offer a truly refreshing alternative to traditional school outings and leave pupils exhilarated, excited and most importantly, learning a new skill. Pupils can take part in a range of fun filled educational activities specifically developed in-house for all key stages, as well as take part in our fun-filled snow activities on the slopes.
Chill Factore offers a safe and fun environment providing endless opportunities for learning across all key stages.
Our excellent tuition helps to build confidence and develop skills, giving each child a real sense of achievement.
It goes without saying that the safety of all children is of paramount importance. As well as our expert instructors, our Snow Crew Team will keep a close eye on the group to assist teachers in looking after everybody.

School Packages
All our school packages include a mixture of leaning and fun as well as a few extras to make the day run smoothly. School bookings will enjoy a dedicated group host, changing rooms, free coach and car parking as well as full risk assesments.
We will work with you to structure the day according to the age, experience and needs of your group but here are a few package ideas to help you on your way:
Reward/Fun Trip
We are delighted to inform you about our fantastic 'Reward Activity Packages' available Monday - Friday 10am-7pm:
Activity Day - 3 Activities for just £25pp!
An action packed Activity Day at Chill Factore costs only £25 per group member - that's a whopping saving of £26 per group member on standard prices! The package includes the following 3 popular activities:
- Ski or Snowboard Taster Lesson (worth £25 per perspn) - A 50 minute lesson on real snow!
- Tubing or Luge Ice Slide Session (worth up to £15 per person) - 45 minutes of fun flying down our snow slopes
- Climbing Session (worth up to £11 per person) - 1 hour tacking our 12m climbing wall
Educational Trips
Lectures and Workshops
£18 per student for a Key Stage Workshop followed by a Snow Fun or Climbing Activity, or a series of lectures plus a Snow or Climb Activity after each workshop is £48 per student!
The Chill Factore Lectures and Workshops have been designed to fit in with the relevant Key stage level and course syllabus for students studying Key Stage Levels 1-5. This allows your students to learn specific aspects of their course content and apply it to a real life setting here at Chill Factore.
Workshop package includes a Snow Activity (please contact our Schools Coordinators if you wish to do a Ski or Snowboard lesson instead of a Snow/Climb Activity):
- Tubing
- The Luge Ice Slide
- Sledging
- Climbing
GCSE or A-Level Guided Coaching Session Series - Only £39 per Student!
Your student will push the limits of their personal performance with one of our advanced GCSE or A-Level clinics. They can learn how to carve, improve their short turns and master a slalom course (all required elements of the GCSE & A-Level PE curriculum for Skiing/Snowboarding).
For only £39 per student, your students can undertake a series of Skiing or Snowboarding coaching sessions designed to get them to the relevant standard to pass their GCSE & A-Level PE practical module. Each GCSE & A-Level coaching session series includes:
- Free instructor diagnosis (to determine what level your student are up to)
- 3 weeks guided practice to improve technique (1.5hr Lift Pass each week including a coach)
- All relevant paperwork (risk assesments and GCSE or A-Level criteria check list signed by Chill Factore)
- Video analysis
- Assesment
Bespoke Package
