Our schools packages offer a truly refreshing alternative to traditional school outings and leave pupils exhilarated, excited and most importantly, learning a new skill.

Pupils can take part in a range of fun filled educational activities specifically developed in-house for all key stages, as well as take part in our fun-filled snow activities on the slopes.

All our school packages include a mixture of leaning and fun as well as a few extras to make the day run smoothly. School bookings will enjoy a dedicated group host, changing rooms, free coach and car parking as well as full risk assesments.

Lectures and Workshops

The Chill Factor^e Lectures and Workshops have been designed to fit in with the relevant Key stage level and course syllabus for students studying Key Stage Levels 1-5. This allows your students to learn specific aspects of their course content and apply it to a real life setting here at Chill Factor^e.

Individual Key Stage Workshop followed by a Snow Fun or Climbing Activity - £18 per student

Series of Key Stage Workshops followed by a Snow Fun or Climb Activity after each - only £48 per student!

GCSE or A-Level Guided Coaching Session Series

Your student will push the limits of their personal performance with one of our advanced GCSE or A-Level clinics. They can learn how to carve, improve their short turns and master a slalom course (all required elements of the GCSE & A-Level PE curriculum for Skiing/Snowboarding).

For only £39 per student, your students can undertake a series of Skiing or Snowboarding coaching sessions designed to get them to the relevant standard to pass their GCSE & A-Level PE practical module. Each GCSE & A-Level coaching session series includes:

Climbing and the National Curriculum

The experiences gained through Climbing whether it be physical, mental or social are immense and to exclude these opportunities from school and college life may be misguided.

Perfect for experienced skiers and snowboarders up to 16yrs:

Schools Shred Club is held on the main slope and is for pupils who can already ski or snowboard. Therefore, all pupils must meet the 'Minimum Main Slope Standard’, meaning you must be able to control speed and direction, link your turns, stop and use the button lift unassisted.

A supervised club running midweek from 10am to 3pm and the great news is there is no need for teachers to stay! (But please remember to come back at the end)

Please note, lunch is not included so pupils will need to bring their own or purchase this on site. Minimum ages apply (Skiers - 6yrs and Snowboarders 8yrs) Minimum numbers apply.

General Information

All lessons commence on the hour, Tube and Luging activities on the half hour and main slope lift passes are available to start every 15 minutes. Please note that these are subject to availability upon receipt of a completed booking form. Check out our booking process for Schools trips.

It is essential that you arrive at least 45 minutes before your session start time so that all children are kitted out in time. The Z-Master assesses each guest and tells you exactly what clothing you require. Please be aware that late arrival will result in loss of activity time.
