Corporate Sales Executive
Hours: Full Time: 9-5 Mon–Friday
Basis: Permanent
Pay: OTE 18k

Main purpose of job role
To develop and manage Chill Factore corporate sales business ensuring revenue from this channel is maximized.
Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities:
- The generation of revenue from corporate sales channels including companies and large pre-booked groups in order to achieve the annual sales budget from this area.
- To develop a process for the optimisation of repeat bookings and the development of new clients.
- Work with Marketing to produce a 12-month marketing plan which supports key booking times ensuring that pricing and yield is maximized throughout the year.
- To proactively promote Chill Factore as a premium and exciting corporate venue
- To work with Compass to ensure that there is a seamless approach to the management of guests and to ensure that Chill Factore is actively sold to Compass guests.
- To develop positive external relationships with companies, “ski/board bodies” and bookings agents to ensure that Chill Factore is top of mind when thinking about where to place a corporate booking.
- To develop new ideas for the enhancement of the corporate sales product area.
- To make recommendations regarding the packaging of products and pricing.
- To take full responsibility for liaising with relevant departments/areas of the business (Marketing, Operations, Maintenance, Tenants etc) to execute activity, invoicing revenue, cost management.
- Carry out market research including competitor analysis
- Ensure Health and Safety documentation is in place where requested and appropriate.
- Undertake other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.

Costa Store Supervisor

- Full time position.
- Hours will vary but will fall within 5 days over 7
- Customer Service excellence to achieve customer retention
- Administrative skills including stock management, cost control and profit and loss accounts.
- Barista Maestro qualifications
- Good IT knowledge.
