It has an inherent magic to it that can take adults right back to childhood and can delight children of all ages.

The lack of snowfall in the UK is no longer an obstacle – every day can be a winter wonderland adventure at Chill Factor^e. That’s why we have a special ‘snowplay’ area where youngsters from 2-10 years old can revel in their own winter wonderland in complete safety.

Please Note: Parental supervision is necessary at all times.

Age requirement is 2 - 10 years

The Snowplay is open from Monday - Friday 10.00am - 10.00pm & Weekends - 9am - 10pm

Peak & Off Peak Times
Off-Peak - up to 6pm, weekdays. Peak - after 6pm weekdays, all weekends & bank holidays.
