Christmas is a magical time for little ones so make it even more special by bringing your kids to see Santa at Chill Factore.
Our winter wonderland surroundings makes us the perfect choice for your child to meet Santa and the Elves, make their Christmas wishes, and receive an early Christmas present of course!
As you enter the Street you will be mesmerised with our sparkling Christmas tree, festive decorations and illuminated reindeers.
Our Grotto is situated inside the main doors
on the alpine street.
Santa’s Grotto will be open from Saturday 22nd November until Wednesday 24th December. Hours of opening are 10am-12 noon, 12.30pm-3pm and 4pm-6pm.
Entry is £6.50 per child (with free entry for accompanying adults).
Why not combine your visit with activities on the snow? Your child can go wild in our snowplay area for just £5 or try the thrill of the luge or the tube for just £12.
