General

1. If you have pre-booked your tickets just head for the information desk and quote your booking reference number. Your tickets can be printed off while you wait and you can swiftly make your way to the changing village.
2. If you are buying tickets on the day or for future bookings, please go to the Guest Services Desk and they will happily help you out.
3. Make sure you have a £1 coin for the lockers (and the ski and board racks for when you have finished your slope time and want to get a bite to eat or a look round the shops).
4. If you are skiing or boarding and are using Chill Factor^e equipment, make your way into the changing village and head over to the clever Z master machines, these are located by the ski rental desk. Take of your shoes and stand on the machines and follow the instructions provided. The machine will figure out what size boots and skis/boards you need and print you off a receipt. Take your receipt and hand it over to a member of the Snow Crew who will be able to kit you out!
5. During busy periods, please allow more time to collect your equipment. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before your start time to allow adequate time to collect your tickets and to kit yourself out. 
6. If you are participating in a lesson, wait at the lesson meeting point, located near to the slope entrance and your instructor will come and meet you at the allocated time.
7. Please note that your ticket will not allow you through onto the slopes until your stated time. However, you can go in and out of the changing village as many times as you need to.
8. After your session on the slopes, please return all skis, boards and boots to the return point located near to the slope exit. All poles should be returned in the pole rack inside the air lock.
9. Toilets are located both in the changing village and just inside the air lock located opposite the ski poles.
10. Ski jackets and trousers can be hired from us on the day for £5. If you pre-book (at least 24 hours before) clothing hire will cost you £3.
11. Gloves are compulsory for any slope user and can be bought from us for £4. Hats and socks can also be bought from us for £3 each. We also offer a gloves, hats and socks combo package, priced at £8. Please note than none of these products are for hire, they must be purchased.

Important Information - Groups, schools, parties and corporates

1. Be aware of the exact activities that you have booked and when you have booked them. If you are not sure, please call in advance to double check.
2. Each member of your group should be made aware, in advance, of exactly what activity they are participating in. This will allow you to proceed with your activities faster and will make the day run more smoothly.
3. Please arrange for your group to arrive at least 45 minutes before your start time. This should allow enough time to collect your tickets and sort out your equipment.
4. Arrange to meet as a whole group at the designated meeting point.
5. The organiser of the group should collect ALL tickets from the info point and check that these tickets match the activities you booked. Then distribute to your group as each member will need a ticket to pass through the turnstiles.
6. As a group, make your way through to the changing village. If you are having multiple lessons or activities, these groups should stay together. We do have group changing facilities if you wish to book these in advance.
7. Arrange a place for your group to meet when you have finished your snow activities.
