If you are new to the sport of skiing and would like to give it a go we suggest you try one of our taster lessons, which will give you a fun and informative introduction to this exciting pastime.
For those of you who have decided skiing is for you and wish to learn how, we have a range of beginner’s lessons, which will teach you the skills you need.
You can learn all in one day (Day Lesson) over two days in the school holidays (Holiday Course) or at the same time each week over three weeks (Beginner’s Course).
By the end of your beginners course you should be somewhere near our main slope minimum standard, however if you need a little more practice we offer a Guided Practice session. These take place on the nursery slope under the supervision of an instructor who is on hand to give tips and advice.
They will also offer an introduction to the ‘Poma lift’ during every session for those who need one.
The main slope at Chill Factore is a challenging fifteen degrees designed to maximise the enjoyment of recreational skiers, equivalent to an easy red run in the Alps. This slope angle can intimidate less experienced skiers.
Main Slope Improver Lessons are specifically designed with this in mind. Building on the basic techniques and developing confidence enabling you to make the most of the exciting terrain.
These courses are available in one day (MSI Day Lesson) or over three weeks at the same time each week (Main Slope Improver Course).
For those of you already confident on the main slope who would like to develop their technique and style we recommend our Parallel Development sessions.
The confident skiers amongst you might like to brush up your skills with a Fine Tuning session.
As for the seasoned skier why not stretch the envelope of performance and try one of our High Speed Carving or Mogul Clinics.
Some prefer the attention and flexibility of one to one tuition for those amongst you we offer our Private Lessons, these can be tailored to you individual needs.
Where additional lessons are required specific instructors can be requested.
