Chill Factore is the UK’s premier Snowsports Centre of Excellence. It is the national training centre for Snowsport GB and the national training venue for the British Disabled Ski Team.

Chill Factore is the UK’s premier Snowsports Centre of Excellence, bringing together the top instructors, the best conditions and the latest technology.
Our hand-picked, highly qualified instructors combine their passion for snowboarding with enthusiasm and skill to develop your technique.
With consistent snow conditions all year round – no wind, no ice, no slush – Chill Factore will allow you to practice until you are perfect. You’ll be mountain-ready, whatever the conditions.
Snowsport England
Snowsport England will be using Chill Factore as their UK training headquarters for the England Alpine Ski Team.
We will also be the official indoor training headquarters for Snowsport GB, the body which represents competitive racing and snowboarding at international level.
Chill Factore is fully accessible and equipped for the disabled and is the North of England base of Disability Snowsport UK.
The final endorsement comes from BASI (British Association of Snowsport Instructors) who will be running their tutors’ training and instructors’ training courses in Chill Factore.
Lessons run from 8am – 10pm (Nov-Apr) and 10am -10pm for the rest of the year.
