Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw
- No purchase necessary for entry
- The Chill Factore free prize draw is open to any one over the age of 16 years, except for employees of Chill Factore, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
- Registration completion is based on the following information being provided: name, house number, postcode, e-mail address and mobile number.
- Entries are limited to one entry per person into each annual prize draw.
- The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified (by email, telephone and text) within one week of each annual prize draw.
- There will be 1 winner each year and the prize draw will take place on 31st October 2010.
- Prize consists of 1.5 hour lift pass or ski/snowboard taster lesson for a family of four.
- The winner will be announced on www.chillfactore.com within 7 days of the prize draw.
- No cash alternative will be offered for any prize and the prizes are non transferable.
- Chill Factore accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed forms.
- Chill Factore will not be held responsible for any inability of the prize winner/s to take up the specified prize
- The winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel, to and from the venue.
- Chill Factore reserves the right to substitute the prize for something of similar value, should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- Your lift passes/taster lessons must be redeemed within 6 months.
- All users of the main slope must meet the minimum slope requirements. These are: to control speed and direction, the ability to stop, to perform linked turns and to use a drag lift unassisted.
