Changing Village
Make sure you have a £1 coin for the lockers (and for the ski and board racks if you wish to store your equipment when you have finished your slope time whilst you get a bite to eat or a look around the shops).
Toilets are located both in the changing village and just inside the air lock located opposite the ski poles.
If you are participating in a lesson, wait at the lesson meeting point, which is located near to the slope entrance, and your instructor will come and meet you at the allocated time.
Equipment
If you are skiing or boarding and are using Chill Factore equipment, make your way into the changing village. Skiers need to head over to the clever Z master machines, these are located by the ski rental desk. Take of your shoes and stand on the machines and follow the instructions provided. The machine will figure out what size boots and skis you need and print you off a receipt. Take your receipt and hand it over to a member of the Snow Crew who will be able to kit you out!
During busy periods, please allow more time to collect your equipment. We recommend arriving at least ONE HOUR before your start time to allow adequate time to collect your tickets and to kit yourself out.
