From hitting our incredible 180 metre long, real snow slope to learn new skills or to hone your technique, to dining with friends and family or enjoying a spot of shopping on our Alpine Street, there’s bound to be something to keep you coming back for more.

If you love playing in the snow as much as us then we know you’ll really enjoy a Ski or Snowboard Taster Lesson, which is the perfect starting point to get a feel for the slope. You’ll be in safe hands with one of our friendly, fully qualified instructors, who will help you find your snow legs before you move on to lessons and of course, the main slope.
A Beginner Lesson or Course is perfect for building a solid foundation of fundamental skills. Once you’ve conquered the basics you’ll be raring to progress to the main slope with an Improver Lesson.
If you still feel you need a little more practice we offer a Guided Practice Session, ideal for boosting confidence after a little time away.
To get to grips with the main slope jump on to an Improver Lesson. You will build on the basic techniques and develop your confidence enabling you to make the most of the exciting main slope terrain. We will have you on your way in no time!
If you want to maximise your time on the snow we can tailor a one-to-one Private Lesson – ski or snowboard - to your specific needs with one of our dedicated instructors.
Hit the Slope!
For snow enthusiasts already equipped with the skills, our main slope Lift Pass will give you the freedom to enjoy the slope and perfect your technique.
For snowboarders our Rider Development sessions have been designed to build confidence and make you more comfortable when you ride. And for skiers still ploughing when the going gets tough Parallel Development focuses on ironing out the plough and developing your skiing technique.
If you have the desire to ski faster, harder and carve up the hill then Carving Development is ideal.
Interested in developing your style and impressing your mates? Well you should try one of our excellent freestyle coaching sessions like the Core-tion Camps, Subvert Academy or the Grom Camps.
For the ultimate in advanced slope action, push the limits of your personal performance with our Ski or Snowboard Pre-Instructor Training programmes and learn first hand what it takes to become a qualified instructor.
Snow Fun Activities
Did you know there’s more to our amazing slope than just skiing and snowboarding?
Release the big kid in you with a real rush on our 60m long Luge ice slide, or enjoy the thrill of Tubing where you can slide down our special track in a huge rubber ring.
For our little snow buddies, let them experience the magic of our Snowplay area, where everyday is a winter wonderland adventure, where youngsters from 2-10 years old can revel in the snow in complete safety.
And if you’ve got a head for heights you’ll get a real buzz from scaling our 12 metre high Climbing Wall!
We’re a social bunch here at Chill Factore so you’ll be pleased to hear we run a variety of events throughout the year to keep you all entertained. We have a full events calendar for everyone to get involved in, including and freestyle competitions for snow enthusiasts who love to flaunt their skills and Family Fun Days throughout the summer months. Chill Factore really is a great day out for all the family, especially during half term and school holidays.

Our Alpine Street, with its authentic wood and stone finishes and breathtaking mountain-view is a really special place to kick back, relax and spend some time.
