Treat your friends and family to an experience they will remember forever with a Chill Factore Gift Voucher.  Whether it’s learning to ski or snowboard or just having fun in the snow, Chill Factore Gift Vouchers are redeemable against all our snow and climbing activities, making them an ideal gift for everyone.

N.B. The Gift Voucher value must be pre-booked within 6 months of the Gift Voucher purchase date.

Buy Gift Vouchers Online

Chill Factore Gift Vouchers can be purchased online and posted to your door, saving you valuable time!

When buying online you have the following 3 delivery options:

  • Posted to Purchaser - Special Delivery - £5.95:  We will post your gift vouchers out by special delivery within 2-3 working days, see below for more information.
  • Posted to Purchaser - 1st class post - £2.95:  We will post your gift vouchers out by 1st class post within 2-3 working days, see below for more information.
  • Collected by Purchaser - Free: Come to Chill Factore and simply quote your booking reference number at Guest Services and your Gift Vouchers will be printed straight away.

Once you have selected your delivery option you will need to choose your Gift Voucher card style, you can choose from the following styles:

  • Alpine Tree
  • Snow Heart
  • Snow Angel

Please only select 1 Gift card style, if you would like to purchase multiple Gift Vouchers you will need to make a separate booking for each Gift Voucher*.

Once you have selected your Gift Voucher card you will need to add the Gift Voucher value on the next page.

Please note: The envelope in which the gift vouchers arrive will have on it a return address.

Postage

Chill Factore use Royal Mail's Special Delivery or 1st class post for Gift voucher deliveries, this costs an additional £5.95 or £2.95 respectively. Chill Factore post all Gift Vouchers out within 2 -3 working days after purchase, so please bear this in mind when purchasing this as a gift.

Please note: Special Delivery with the Royal Mail is only available within the UK. For a full list of UK coverage visit royalmail.com. If you require Gift Vouchers posting further afield please contact us before purchasing, as postage fees will be higher. Unfortunately if you do not contact us first there will be a delay in processing your order.

Chill Factore Gift Vouchers are for use on snow activities only and cannot be used in bars, restaurants or retail outlets within the centre. 

*If you would like your multiple Gift Vouchers with special delivery please make sure you call us on 0161 749 2222 to avoid repeat postage costs.
