Snowboard Beginner Lessons

If after your Taster Lesson you’re as excited as we are about hitting the slope, or you want to jump straight in, then you can learn the fundamentals of snowboarding with one our Snowboard Beginner lessons or courses.
Chill Factore’s Snowboard Beginner Lesson is the perfect starting point to get a feel for the slope and to get you used to having both feet secured to one board. You’ll be in safe hands with one of our friendly, fully qualified instructors, who will help you build a solid foundation of fundamental snowboarding skills, such as getting a feel for your board, learning to steer your way down the slope and also linking your turns.
And don’t worry; you won’t have to tackle the lifts or the main slope to start with, as we have a very easy to use, slow moving travelator to carry you to the top of the beginner slope. Easy pistey!

We offer a variety of snowboard beginner’s lessons that are designed to fit around you and your schedule, so you can learn to snowboard at a time that suits you - we even have all the clothing and equipment you will need available to hire.

Once you’ve conquered the basics you’ll be raring to progress to the main slope with an Improver Lesson.

Beginner Day Lesson
Snowboard Beginner Day Lessons are an intense but fun day with greater interaction with your instructor and fellow guests. The Beginner Day Lesson includes 6 hours of tuition so as you’ll work so hard learning to snowboard on the slope we’ll provide you with a delicious lunch and refreshment breaks to keep you fuelled up. This course is ideal if you are keen to learn to snowboard as quickly as possible and even better if you’re about to jet off for your first holiday to the mountains.

Beginner Courses
If you’d like to learn the basics of snowboarding in as little time as possible but can’t dedicate a full day to the slope, you can spread your lessons over 2 days, or even 3 weeks, on a Beginner’s Course. Both courses include 5 hr 30 mins of fun and friendly tuition. The 2 day course splits the tuition equally over 2 days and the 3 week course gives you a 1 hr 50 mins lessons at the same time over 3 weeks.

Beginner Individual Levels
If you’re looking for a little more flexibility when learning to snowboard, our Beginner Individual Levels allows you to complete the Snowboard Beginner’s Course in three ‘level’ stages, rather than commit to a package of lessons upfront. This way you can stagger your learning and pay for each course as you progress onto the next level – think of it as pay as you board!
