Our Snowboard Fun Tasters are available to those aged 8+ years and lessons are taught in mixed groups of adults and children.
If you’ve always fancied learning to snowboard then you’ll love our awesome 50 minute Snowboard Fun Taster, which is the perfect starting point for adults and children alike to get a feel for the slope and a snowboard. With a full range of clothing and equipment available for hire, with the snow under your board and the exhilaration of the slope, you and your family are sure to want to come back for more!
You and your family will be in safe hands with one of our friendly, fully qualified instructors, who will help you find your snow legs before moving on to lessons and of course, the main slope.

Snowboard Fun Taster
Snowboard Fun Tasters take place on our beginner slope and are ideal for individuals and groups of adults and children who have never experienced snowboarding. We also offer a discount to families (2 adult plus 2 children) participating in tasters.

Can you imagine a fun-packed party surrounded by real snow? If you’re looking for something that little bit different Chill Factore offer a truly exciting range of activities to make your child’s day extra special and even better, the birthday child goes free!
All our party packages include 45 minutes of awesome activities in the snow and if you want to dine afterwards, choose a package with a menu and follow your party with food in our Mont Blanc or Eiger restaurant overlooking our slopes.
You can choose from the Standard menu option for children up to 11yrs or try our new supreme menu for children up to 16yrs. Or why not upgrade to our Superior menu instead.
Adults have their own delicious menu to enjoy.

New Party Menu choices
Great news! Our party packages have had a make-over and now there are four menus available, for even more choice than before!
For children, you can choose between a no food, standard, supreme or superior party which refers to the food package. For adults it's simply food or no food. Our Adult menus can be found on our full menu list here.
Standard parties are suitable for younger children up to 11yrs with portion sizes to suit.
Standard party menu:
- Main course: Slice of cheese and tomato pizza & chips or Pasta in tomato sauce & chips.
- Dessert: Vanilla Ice cream.
- Drink: Blackcurrant or orange cordial drink.
Supreme parties are suitable for all ages up to 16yrs with portion sizes being slightly larger than the standard menu.
Supreme party menu:
- Main course: Burger & chips, Chicken nuggets & chips, Hot Dog & chips, Battered fish & chips or Pasta in tomato sauce & chips.
- Dessert: Vanilla Ice cream or Sticky Toffee pudding.
- Drink: Juice cartons (Forest fruits or apple juice). Additional cartons available at 50p each.
Superior parties are suitable for all ages up to 16yrs but mainly older children with portion sizes being larger to suit.
Superior Party Menu:
- Main course: Any 10” trattoria pizza or Cheeseburger, chips and salad or Battered fish, chips and peas or Vegetarian lasagne and salad.
- Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding and custard or Warm chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream or Ice cream sundae.
- Drinks: Bottomless glass of Pepsi, Pepsi Max, 7UP or Fanta.

For parents’ peace of mind, our party hosts will be there before and during your snow activity. You will be greeted by your snow host who will take care of kitting the children out and supervising them on their activity. You will then be taken upstairs to wash up and be greeted by the restaurants friendly party servers who will lead the singing of ‘Happy Birthday’ and serve up the delicious party food for all party goers.
