Lift Update - 30th August 2024

The mainslope at Chill Factore

During a routine Poma lift service earlier this year, we noticed additional work was required on Poma lift 2.

We have started the work on our Poma lift; those who have visited will have seen that the top tower has been removed and the maintenance work is ongoing off site. The work is coming along nicely and progressing at a pace.

Whilst we don’t have a date of completion, we expect the lift to continue to be out of service for a number of weeks whilst the work takes place.

Our Main Slope will remain open on one lift, with a reduced capacity, to ensure we can still provide a great guest experience. We encourage anyone wanting to use our Main Slope to pre-book online or over the phone with one of the team to secure your pass.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We appreciate your continued support and are committed to making your visits as enjoyable as possible.
