Introduce a colleague or business to Chill Factor^e !

Here at Chill Factor^e , not only do we offer our guests great deals but we also offer free passes for Chill Factor^e guests who introduce us to a business they know or their colleagues.

How does it work?

In order to take advantage of our referral scheme, your referral must book a meeting room, group visit, or a team building activity via our groups team on 0161 749 2225.

At the point of sale, your referral will need to quote your details and a member of our team will locate them on our system. A booking confirmation will then be sent to you containing a redeemable gift voucher worth £70.

How do I redeem my passes?

1. Once the new guest has booked, the referring party are able to claim their free gift voucher.
2. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for snow or climbing activities at Chill Factor^e .
3. Gift vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards a booking.
4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of the new guest's visit.
6. The referring party will need to sign into their account via our website and select 'redeem voucher'.
7. Enter the code contained on your booking confirmation to claim your reward.
8. Alternatively, you can redeem your reward via our Call Centre 0161 749 2222*
9. To qualify as a referring party you must have booked a Lesson, Lift Pass or Membership in the past 2 months.
