Job Title: Corporate Groups Sales Executive

Why you’re here: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Corporate Groups Sales Executive supports the Sales Manager to develop and deliver Chill Factore’s corporate groups sales business in order to achieve the annual sales budgets for this area.  When the Sales Manager is out of the office, the Corporate Groups Sales Executive is the main point of contact for corporate guests, managing enquiries and positively presenting the group options to corporate guests over the phone, email and in person.  The Corporate Groups Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately in order to provide a seamless handover to the operations team. In all dealings with group guests, the Corporate Groups Sales Executive ensures that the guest is at the heart of everything we do and that we are delivering the best possible guest experience. 

 

To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience;

 

  • Good sales and administration experience.
  • Venue sales experience, with a track record of winning/converting enquiries to deliver or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience of working with CRM and booking systems.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Snow sports experience is desirable.
  • Self-starter – able and willing to work under their own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Please note: Chill Factorᵉ is a popular leisure destination and operates 364 days a year. The role is full time, working Monday to Friday.
