The Guest Services Team is responsible for providing an amazing booking experience to all guests through face-to-face interactions, over the phone, social media, and emails. You are responsible for the entire booking and check-in process at Front of House and Contact Centre.

What you’ll need!:
A minimum 8 hours of availability each week, including some at weekends and / or evenings.
