Job Title: Guest Services Team Member

Responsibilities including: Contact Centre / Guest Reception


Responsible to: Guest Services Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Variable hours.

Why you’re here: As a Guest Services Team Member you will be the first point of contact for our guests on arrival, checking them in for their visit and giving them a warm welcome. In our contact centre you will be taking bookings over the phone and dealing with managing guest enquiries.
