Why you’re here: The Operations Team Member is a guest-facing role with the purpose of always putting the guest first, in order to ensure all guests have an amazing experience at Chill Factore. They will be responsible for doing everything possible to make any guests day, making sure that the guests' needs and requirements are met efficiently, in a timely and professional fashion.

A valid Snowsports Instructor qualification. The following bodies are recognised: BASI, CASI, NZSIA, etc

Qualification in additional disciplines

A valid and up to date First Aid certificate

A valid and up to date DBS check

A valid Safeguarding Children/Child Protection qualification

D

 

Previous experience in a Guest facing role and/ or Contact Centre

D

 

An interest in the Snowsports and the Leisure industry, and a genuine passion for our products will be invaluable

Be able to support the business through regular early morning shifts and late evenings and flexibility to your shifts including regular weekend work

Be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week

Excellent and confident communication and written skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to deal with Guests and employees in sometimes stressful situations

An ability to demonstrate a guest focused approach

An ability to build rapport with all levels of the team and the wider business which will deliver inspiration and delivery of results by the operations team

A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems

If you wish to apply to teach Ski and / or Snowboard lessons as part of the Operations Team Member role, to be successful you will need to hold a valid Snowsports Instructor licence including but not limited to, a valid DBS check, completed a Safeguarding and Protecting Children module, a valid First Aid certificate. If you don’t hold any of the licenses listed above your application for teaching snowsports lessons will not be considered, however your application for all other duties of an Operations Team Member will be.
