Job Title: Schools and Groups Sales Executive

Why you’re here: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Schools and Groups Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing the Chill Factore education, school, student and group sales business, as well as managing the external events booking process, in order to achieve the annual sales budgets for these areas.  The Schools and Groups Sales Executive also supports the Sales Manager in the delivery of the annual corporate sales budget.   In all dealings with group guests, the Schools and Groups Sales Executive ensures that the guest is at the heart of everything we do and that we are delivering the best possible guest experience. 


To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience;

  • Previous sales experience is a mandatory requirement.
  • A proven track record of success in a sales role.
  • Empathy with and/or an understanding of Snowsports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required together with exemplary interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
  • Graduate level candidate preferred.


Please note: Chill Factorᵉ is a popular leisure destination and operates 364 days a year. The role is full time, working Monday to Friday.
