Why you’re here:

The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Assistant supports the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the activities set out in the digital and data strategy to position Chill Factorᵉ as the leading visitor attraction in the north of England and maximising guest volumes and revenue.  The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Assistant provides support for various marketing services including promotions, social media and digital marketing, either directly or working with external agencies, providing engaging, guest-focused communications and experiences which drive business performance.

 

To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience;

 

  • A real passion for understanding the guest and for ensuring exceptional experiences are delivered at every guest touchpoint
  • Experience of managing websites: producing and managing website content and working with Content Management Systems
  • Experience of online marketing to a range of audiences
  • Experience of email marketing and working with databases
  • Experience of copywriting and proofreading
  • Experience of executing marketing/project plans
  • Experience of project management
  • Excellent organisational skills: the ability to balance deadlines and workloads to achieve the desired outcome and to prioritise effectively
  • Self-starter – able and willing to work under their own initiative
  • Experience of liaising with and briefing external website design, SEO and PPC agencies
  • Experience of using Google Analytics to analyse campaigns and digital performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work with a wide range of people, both internal and external, displaying a professional, friendly, diplomatic and enthusiastic approach with the ability to influence.
  • An interest in snow sports.

 

Please note: Chill Factorᵉ is a popular leisure destination and operates 364 days a year. The role is full time, working Monday to Friday.
