Job Title: Office & HR Administrator

Why you’re here: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Office and HR Administrator will be accountable for the smooth running of the company offices and the provision of HR Administrative support. Additionally; they will also be expected to support and assist the Heads of Departments, and their assistants, with administrative tasks as well as acting as a central point of communication for the business.


To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience:


  • Strong previous administration experience is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Numerate and strong PC Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skills.
  • The verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with staff and external suppliers.
  • The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
  • The gravitas to present ideas and concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
  • A good understanding and keen interest in the snow sports and/or leisure industries is preferred.
  • The ability to multi-task across a number of differing and wide-ranging projects effectively and confidently.
  • Self-starter capable of working on their own as well as being part of a much wider team.


Please note: Chill Factorᵉ is a popular leisure destination and operates 364 days a year. The role is full time, working Monday to Friday.
