Job Title: HR and Training Advisor

Why you’re here:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR & Training Advisor will be accountable for first level HR and Training within the business. They will be responsible for the initiation and planning of all required training, and ensuring all records are maintained and kept up to date. Additionally; they will also be expected to support and assist the Heads of Departments, and their assistants, with HR tasks as well as improving the HR capability within the business.

 To be successful, you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience: -

  • Previous experience in HR and/or Training administration experience is highly desirable
  • CIPD qualified is highly desirable
  • Numerate and strong PC Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skills
  • The verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with candidates and external suppliers
  • The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy on all communication
  • The gravitas to present ideas and concepts effectively to a diverse audience
  • Previous budget management experience
  • A good understanding and keen interest in the snow sports and/or leisure industries is preferred
  • The ability to quickly pick up new concepts and ideas
  • Graduate level preferred
