Why you’re here: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior HR Advisor will be accountable for implementing the HR strategy for the business.  They will plan, initiate and deliver all first level HR, Recruitment and Training requirements within the business maintaining records in accordance with the business and GDPR requirements.  The job-holder will so be responsible for driving improvements in resource management and personnel development across the business.

To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience: -

  • Graduate level preferred
  • Some previous HR and/or Training administration experience is mandatory
  • CIPD 5 or 7 qualified is highly desirable
  • Numerate and strong PC Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skills
  • The verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with candidates and external suppliers
  • The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy on all communication
  • The gravitas to present ideas and concepts effectively to a diverse audience
  • Previous budget management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • A good understanding and keen interest in the snow sports and/or leisure industries is preferred
  • The ability to quickly pick up new concepts and ideas
  • Experience of handling high volumes of HR Administration quickly and accurately.
  • Know how to run a successful recruitment campaign.
  • The willingness and aptitude for development within a role
  • The drive to embed best HR practice within a fast-paced and changing organisation
