This is a really exciting opportunity to play a key role in Snow-Camp’s development over the coming years. As the Manchester Programme Manager you will be responsible for planning and delivering the range of snow-sports and life-skills focused youth activities run by the Snow-Camp Manchester programme throughout the year. 

 

To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience:-

  • Making new partnerships with a range of Youth Organisations.
  • Deliver and develop the full Snow-Camp journey of programmes to run out of Chill Factore.
  • Experience of working successfully with disadvantaged young people in a range of settings.
  • Project management experience and skills.
  • Experience within the snow sports field and having a passion for supporting young people is an advantage.
  • Logistical skills - you will be required to facilitate coach bookings, instructor management, accommodation booking and venue management etc.
  • Experience in managing relationships.
  • A high level of communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent IT skills - keeping the online database e-Tapestry to to date with new contacts made and invoices issued.
  • Experience of delivering life-skills or similar courses to motivate young people.
  • An enquiring & analytical mind, capable of seeing the big picture whilst also demonstrating attention to detail and a strong appreciation of the Guest’s requirements and motivations
  • At least 2 years' experience involving all the above skills as well as budgeting experience.

The successful candidate will receive 10% performance bonus paid annually against targets.
