Are you an experienced skier or boarder? Want to enjoy your time on the Main Slope with no hassle, no interruptions and at a time to suit you? Hitting the slopes means something different to all of us. Maybe you have a ski holiday coming up and you want to brush up on your skills. Or perhaps you want to get back into snowsports after a long break away.

A Chill Factore Lift Pass is ideal for skilled skiers and snowboarders who want to develop their techniques and have fun. Whether you’re a little rusty on the snow or just want to push yourself harder.

There are various Chill Factore ski pass options to choose from 1 hour, 2 hour and 3 hour Lift Passes. Select your preferred Lift Pass and find out more about our open session events below.

Remember that your lift pass includes boots, skis, poles, or a snowboard and a helmet!

Slope requirements

If you’re interested in a Chill Factore lift pass, please check that you meet our requirements before booking. We ask that you:

  • Wear the correct clothing.
  • Can control your speed and direction.
  • Are comfortable with variable piste conditions.
  • Can link your turns.
  • Are able to use the button lift without assistance.

Don’t meet all of the above requirements? No worries. You can book a course of ski lessons or snowboard lessons for more guidance before getting a snow slope lift pass.

Main Slope Features

For those of you looking for a challenge, don’t forget to try our Terrain Challenges on the main slope. The features will be available to ride on the main slope all day Thursday - Saturday and will be included within your main slope lift pass. The structure changes day to day and includes anything from moguls to rails.

Things you need to know:

  • We have changing cubicles available & Lockers are available to store your belongings, which take a £1 coin or a locker token. These are returnable.
  • We can offer our disabled guests changing facilities.
  • Aim to arrive 45 minutes to an hour before the start time of your lift pass, to give ample time to get prepared.
  • Price of your lift pass still includes boots, skis, poles, or a snowboard and a helmet
  • Gloves are compulsory - you can bring your own or purchase a pair on-site.
  • Helmets are mandatory - you can bring your own if you have one, or you can rent a borrow when you get here at no extra charge. You can also purchase a helmet on site.
  • Age restrictions still apply.
  • Please note, we are only taking card payments at this time and no cash will be able to be accepted.
  • On arrival please have your booking reference to hand (you can find this on your booking confirmation email). You can collect your tickets from the Guest Services desk, or from the Self-Service ticket machines situated near Reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan this at the self-service machines to check-in.
