Firstly, we’d like to reassure all of our guests that we are utterly committed to the Health and Safety of our team members and guests.

We are continuing to closely monitor the situation and are keeping a close eye on all official advice. We can confirm that currently none of our team members are known to be affected by COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and that we have no plans to close the business at this time, but we have plans in place to do so if we are required to.

Whilst our cleaning standards meet all requirements and we have cleaners on site 24 hours a day, we have increased the frequency of cleaning of specific areas such as hand rails, lift buttons, door handles, etc. We have also increased signage and have installed numerous hand sanitization units across the building.

Good personal hygiene will help to reduce the risk of Coronavirus infection so we ask you to please ensure good personal hygiene and follow the advice on the posters around the building.

We also kindly ask all of our guests to follow the most recent official advice regarding self isolation, as detailed below.

  • For anyone who lives alone and has symptoms of Coronavirus (a high temperature of 37.8°c and above, or a new, continuous cough), they should remain at home for 7 days.
  • For anyone who lives with others and you or they have symptoms of Coronavirus, then all household members should stay at home and not leave the house for 14 days from the day when the first person in the house became ill. For anyone within that household who starts displaying symptoms, they need to stay at home for 7 days from when their symptoms started, regardless of what day they are on in the original 14 day isolation period.
