If you've never skied a moguls course before and want to get to grips with the skills. You will need to ride the bumps, therefore, this session is for you.

 

If you're an experienced competitor, this session is also for you as you will be able to hone your technical skills with one of our experienced instructors.

 

This training session is a 1 hour 50 minute FLATLAND session, meaning there will be no moguls on the slope at the time. The session is purely based on flatland exercises to prepare you for moguls or develop your technique as well as looking at posture, balance and the stance that will be required to ride the bumps.

 

All the skills that are learnt in this session can be transferred to both mogul skiing and skicross, giving you a good basis if you're looking to try moguls for the first time or if you want to enhance your foundational skiing capabilities and technical performance.

 

A typical training session will include:

 

  • A warm up
  • Slow drills starting with posture and balance activities
  • A specific training focus
  • Technical skill drills
  • Wrap up

Off-Peak: Up to 6pm, weekdays.
Peak: After 6pm weekdays, all weekends, bank holidays and selected school holidays.
