Indoor Snow Park Activities

At Chill Factore, the whole family can have much fun in our huge indoor snow park. We’re sure you’re wondering what type of activities you can get up to while here. Well, here’s what you and the kids can do:

  • Ice Slide: Release your inner ‘big kid’ as you tackle the twists and turns of our ice slide.
  • Downhill Donuts: Ride the slope in our large single or double inflatable rubber ring, speed down the snow park lanes, and race for first place!
  • Sledge ‘n’ Slide: Race your pals to the bottom of our real snow slope.

What ages is the Chill Factore Snow Park suitable for?

The snow park is great for children aged 4 years and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult (aged 17+).

Age restrictions:

Ages 4+

Sledge ‘n’ Slide - minimum age 4 years

Downhill Donuts - minimum age 4 years

Ice Slide - minimum age 6 years

Please note: Children under the age of 12 years in Snow Park must be accompanied by an adult (aged 17 plus)

What equipment is included in the Snow Park?

Don’t worry, you won’t need to stock up on ski equipment! Helmets are included in the cost of the Chill Factore snow park, as well as the snow slide equipment like the donuts, luge matts and sledges.

Clothing, boots and gloves are not included. You can easily book your equipment online before your visit.

Things to Know About Chill Factore Snow Park

There are a number of additional pieces of information you need to know about our Indoor snow park before you attend. They are:

  • Gloves are compulsory. You can bring your own or purchase a pair on-site.
  • Jackets, trousers and boots are not included in the cost of the snow park.
  • We have changing cubicles available and lockers are available to store your belongings. Each take a £1 coin or a locker token, which are returnable.
  • Helmets are mandatory. You can bring your own if you have one or you can rent one when you get here at no extra charge. You can also purchase a helmet on-site.
  • Age restrictions still apply.
  • Snow park sessions are one hour long.

If you have any snow park queries, we might have answered some of your questions in our FAQs. Please note, we are only taking card payments at this time and no cash will be able to be accepted.

On arrival please have your booking reference on hand, which you can find on your booking confirmation email. You can collect your tickets from the guest services desk, or from the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan this at the self-service machines to check in.

What should I wear to the Snow Park at Chill Factore?

We would recommend wearing warm, waterproof clothing, thick socks, and snow appropriate shoes to the snowpark. Gloves and a helmet are compulsory, but if you haven’t got your own you can easily hire or buy these when you get here!

Do I need to book to visit the Snow Park at Chill Factore?

Yes, you’ll need to book your visit. This can easily be done on our website, and we’ll send you a confirmation email straight away. Make sure you have this to hand when you arrive, so that you can check in quickly and start enjoying the snow.

Do I need to wear a helmet at Chill Factore Snow Park?

Yes, you will need to wear a helmet whilst you’re in the Snow Park. This is compulsory as the safety of our guests is our main priority. You are welcome to bring your own helmet along with you, or you can hire one when you get here.

Who can enjoy the Snow Park at Chill Factore?

The Snow Park is a fantastic day out for kids and adults alike, and makes a great family day out. We welcome all guests aged 4 and above, and any children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 17.
