Chill Factore Reveal Sponsored Athletes For 2016

 

Chill Factore has revealed its Sponsored Riders for 2016, adding more names to its already impressive roster. The youngsters will be working with instructors and coaches to improve their skills and represent the UK’s longest real snow slope at European and World championships.

 

Twenty two athletes from the North West, with ages ranging from 9 – 23, will be grabbing their boards and clipping into their skis over the next year. The talented individuals will regularly train at Chill Factore before heading off to championships as far a field as Dubai.

The new recruits will join the likes of Mia Brookes, aged 9, who landed top spot at the under 12’s Slopestyle British Championships, and Nate Hopkins, the freestyle snowboarder from Oldham.

 

Amongst the ski and snowboard newbies this year is the only female sit skier from the first Para-Alpine British National Championships, Amber Meikle-Janney and British and European Moguls Champion Grace Harrison from Lancaster.

“Chill Factore has a strong track record of nurturing young talent, and former sponsored athletes have gone on to represent Team GB in the Olympics.
