Slope Style Championships - Results

The champs were held on Saturday 6th June and featured many of the UK's leading Freestyle skiers and snowboarders. The prize at stake was the opportunity to become the English Slopestyle Champion 2015.

With over close to 100 entrants the competition was very strong.

Taking part in the competition were a number of Chill Factore's Sponsored Athletes competing in both the ski and snowboard competition.

In terms of the slopestyle skiers 8 year old Bradley Fry achieved a very credible 6th place in the competition overall, with James Rose taking 7th place.

The competition was won overall by Justin Taylor-Tipton with the women's competition being won by Thea Fenwick (Cfe Sponsored Athlete).

In the snowboard competition, Scott Walsh (Cfe Sponsored Athlete) achieved 4th place overall. Billy Cockrell taking first place.

The talking point of the day however was in the women's competition, where Chill Factore's athletes reined supreme, achieving both first and second place!

Bradie Zimmer Collins (Cfe Sponsored Athlete) came in with a very credible 2nd place overall in the women's competition.

However the stand out result of the day went to Mia Brookes (Cfe Sponsored Athlete) who at the age of 8 won the women's competition overall. In achieving such a significant accolade at this age, Mia has clearly demonstrated that she is now one of the leading female snowboarders in the UK and will be a force to be reckoned with in the future!

Our congratulations go out to all of our Sponsored Athletes for their achievements in this event!
