Brad’s Story - From Snow Experience to Senior Corporate Sales Executive
I joined Chill Factore because of my passion for snowsports. I also wanted to work for a business that was very unique and is not like your normal day to day job. Chill Factore is the UK’s longest indoor snow centre with real snow and not many people can say they work with real snow in Manchester. I knew Chill Factore was the perfect business for me and I knew I would interact with people from across the country and abroad.
I started at Chill Factore at the age of 16 as a Snow Experience team member. Within a year, I became the Events Coordinator and then Parties Sales Coordinator. In 2018, I joined the Sales and Marketing team as a Corporate and Events Sales Executive and within 6 months was promoted to Senior Sales Executive. Chill Factore offers great career progression for those who want to succeed and develop and grow their skill set.
Chill Factore is an amazing place to work and no day is the same - I am fortunate to work with a number of different companies who choose to host their team building events and away days in our unique venue.
