Meet the team

Our Guest Experience team is made up of excellent communicators with great listening skills who are responsible for providing an amazing booking experience for all guests. Everyone comes to work each day to do a better job than they did yesterday. It’s a demanding face pace environment but we all work hard together and have fun along the way.

They are responsible for the entire guest journey, from booking the guest in, to welcoming them at reception and ensuring they are kitted out, ready to go on the snow. It’s all about creating personal, positive connections with out guests on a daily basis.

Every day is different and there is a huge variety of tasks you could be doing. This ranges from greeting guests, selling the right products, staffing our clothing desk or reuniting a guest with a lost item.
