Our office teams are made up of passionate and enthusiastic people who love what they do. Although they are not always visible to guests, they play an important role in assuring that our guests have a fantastic experience at Chill Factore.
Our support team is made up of several departments from HR and Admin, Finance, Maintenance, plus Sales and Marketing. Each department takes immense pride in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience with us. It’s a ‘One Team’ approach!
