At Chill Factore, the whole family can have much fun in our huge indoor snow park. We’re sure you’re wondering what type of activities you can get up to while here. Well, here’s what you and the kids can do:
The snow park is great for children aged 4 years and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult (aged 17+).
Ages 4+
Sledge ‘n’ Slide - minimum age 4 years
Downhill Donuts - minimum age 4 years
Ice Slide - minimum age 6 years
Please note: Children under the age of 12 years in Snow Park must be accompanied by an adult (aged 17 plus)
Don’t worry, you won’t need to stock up on ski equipment! Helmets are included in the cost of the Chill Factore snow park, as well as the snow slide equipment like the donuts, luge matts and sledges.
Clothing, boots and gloves are not included. You can easily book your equipment online before your visit.

On arrival please have your booking reference on hand, which you can find on your booking confirmation email. You can collect your tickets from the guest services desk, or from the self-service ticket machines situated near reception. If your booking confirmation has a QR code, you can scan this at the self-service machines to check in.
We would recommend wearing warm, waterproof clothing, thick socks, and snow appropriate shoes to the snowpark. Gloves and a helmet are compulsory, but if you haven’t got your own you can easily hire or buy these when you get here!
Yes, you’ll need to book your visit. This can easily be done on our website, and we’ll send you a confirmation email straight away. Make sure you have this to hand when you arrive, so that you can check in quickly and start enjoying the snow.
Yes, you will need to wear a helmet whilst you’re in the Snow Park. This is compulsory as the safety of our guests is our main priority. You are welcome to bring your own helmet along with you, or you can hire one when you get here.
The Snow Park is a fantastic day out for kids and adults alike, and makes a great family day out. We welcome all guests aged 4 and above, and any children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 17.
