We’re a social bunch here at Chill Factore so you’ll be pleased to hear we run a variety of events and activities throughout the year to keep you all entertained. From family fun days for everyone to get involved in, to race and freestyle competitions for snow enthusiasts who love to flaunt their skills, there’s something for everyone.
Freestyle Features
There will be features on the main slope for recreational skiers and snowboarders to use.
A Lift Pass will grant access to use these features, to book and try these out click here.
Please bear in mind that these features will take up to a quarter of the slope. We ask that recreational skiers and snowboarders consider this when booking.

JIb and Jam
On selected Friday nights when Freestyle features are out we’ll be running our new Jib and Jam event up in The Apres Lodge!
So when you’re taking a break from shredding, just head up to watch some Live Music and grab a deal on some food!
SSE & SSW Race Event
Due to this exciting Ski race event run by Snowsport England & Snowsport Wales, the Main Slope will not be available to recreational Lift Pass users at certain times:
- Saturday 10th August - The Main Slope will not be available from 13:00 due to a Ski Racing event.
- Sunday 11th August - The Main Slope will be not be available all day due to a Ski Racing event.
Why not pop down and watch some Alpine Ski Racing, you can always grab a Coffee in The Lodge Bar & Kitchen whilst you watch the racers whizz down the slope!
If you were looking into participating in the race, you will need to contact Snowsport England or Snowsport Wales directly to enter.
