Why you’re here!:
The Front-of-House Shift Manager is responsible for leading the Lodge FOH team across a shift to provide guests with an amazing experience, high standards of guest service, food & drink quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism. You are responsible for all FOH day to day matters relating to guests and team, and maximising sales of food & drink.​

The Lodge offers 7 days a week, early ‘til late, food & drink, and as such you must offer suitable recurring availability including earlies and lates. You will work variable hours covering annual leave of Full-Time colleagues.​

Our popular times are weekends, evenings, school holidays, peak season etc. Annual Leave will not be authorised during peak season holiday periods.​
