Why you’re here: The Guest Experience Team Member role is to provide an amazing booking experience to all guests across the entire booking and check-in process, maximising sales and profitability. This will incorporate the Call Centre, party sales and associated admin, book again desk (iPad), Guest Reception and Clothing.


To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge and experience;


  • To foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.
  • To proactively support their manager by suggesting new ideas and questioning thinking where appropriate.
  • To refer to senior team members for advice and support.
  • To attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required.
  • To serve guests and staff with respect.
  • To promote Chill Factore and its products.
  • To maintain a professional approach to all tasks and with all Chill Factore members of staff and guests at all times.


Please note: Chill Factorᵉ is a popular leisure destination and operates 364 days a year. The role is variable/ part time, working on a shift basis Monday to Sunday.
