The Role
The Kitchen Shift Manager of The Lodge is responsible for leading the Lodge Kitchen Team over a shift to provide high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, food quality, and team professionalism.
You are responsible for all Back of House operations – day to day matters relating to food, hygiene, cleanliness and team; maintaining accurate records relating to food safety standards per EHO requirements etc.
Working 42.5hours a week, you will work a fixed rota pattern that includes 7 days of the week, both early shifts and late shifts.
