Job Title: Team Member

Responsible to: Duty Managers/ Guest Services Supervisors

Contract type: We have a range of contracts throughout the winter season: 

  • 18 hours – This is a temporary position until 15th April 2018 and you will work a rolling shift pattern covering 3 evenings per week Monday to Sunday. This contract would suit anyone looking for part time evening work!
  • 33 hours – This is a temporary position until 4th March 2018 and you will work on a rolling shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, working early and evening shifts. This contract would suit anyone looking to work 33 hours or more per week!

Why you’re here: With our popular and exciting winter season fast approaching, we are on the lookout for team members to take on dynamic, fast paced, guest-facing roles with the sole purpose of always putting our guest first. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about ensuring all of our guests’ have an amazing experience every time they visit Chill Factorᵉ.

Working on an agreed shift pattern, you will be responsible for doing everything possible to make any guests’ day, making sure that the guests' needs and requirements are met efficiently, in a timely and in professional fashion, both on the slopes and in the changing village.

Our roles: We have several roles available this winter season, all of which are guest-facing, including Snow Crew Team Member and Guest Services Team Member, we have a variety of roles and contracts available.  

To be successful in a seasonal role at Chill Factorᵉ do you;

  • Have previous experience in a guest-facing role?
  • Want a dynamic and highly visible role which could be based both coldside and warmside?
  • Share an interest in the Snowsports and the Leisure industry?
  • Have a passion for creating amazing experiences for our Guests?
  • Want a role that includes evenings and/ or weekend work?
  • Have great communication skills both with Guests and colleagues alike?
  • Have the ability to think quickly and find solutions, whilst living the spirit of challenge?
  • Have energy and commitment needed for these roles?
