Get the taste of Snowboarding!

Want to get a flavour of snowboarding? You and your family or friends will be in safe hands with one of our friendly, fully qualified instructors, who will help you find your snow legs before you move on to the beginner course and eventually the main slope and beyond! The Snowboard Fun Taster is an all-inclusive introduction to snowboarding with children aged 10+ and adults learning together. For children under 10, please take a look at our Private Kids Snowboard Lessons.

What is a Snowboard Fun Taster?

A Snowboard Fun Taster takes place on the lower part of our beginner slope. Here you will experience the sensation of sliding in a safe, confidence-building environment. This lesson is an ideal introduction for individuals and groups of adults and children who have never snowboarded before, but want to try. This session will start when you meet your instructor who will introduce you to the equipment, scooting on the flat, climbing the slope and help you develop a good riding posture whilst sliding down the lower section of the beginner slope with one-foot strapped in.

Want more? It takes on average 5 hours to learn how to snowboard confidently from the top of our beginner slope or lower part of the main slope, that is what a beginner course is designed for. Learn more by clicking here.
